Job description
Raisin, the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products, is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the Investment and Pension (IPP) engineering teams (25+ engineers) and drive both strategic and operational initiatives across multiple cross-functional squads.
You will own delivery quality, domain ownership, and tech strategy, mentor leaders, and partner with the product lead to align roadmaps with business goals.
