Job description
Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the maintenance and safety programs for our luxury property. You will oversee the engineering department, manage capital and operating budgets, and ensure high standards for guest comfort and safety.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise engineers, coordinate with other departments, and guide projects from planning to completion while maintaining compliance with all laws and brand standards.
