Job description
Microboard is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and grow the Engineering and Document Control teams in Seymour, CT. You will shape the technology roadmap, drive NPI, and partner with operations, quality, and business development to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
You will manage cross-functional programs, mentor staff, and implement robust processes for PCBA manufacturing, SMT, and box build to enhance manufacturability and reliability.
