Ulta Beauty seeks a Director of Engineering to own the technology vision, strategy, delivery and operational excellence for UB Media. This leader will build and scale the engineering organization delivering solutions across audience creation, identity resolution, campaign activation, ad serving, measurement, reporting and data collaboration.
You will lead teams, define multi-year roadmaps, partner with Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing and Enterprise Technology, and champion agile delivery
