Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a Director of Engineering to own the technology vision, strategy, and operational excellence for Ulta’s retail media network UB Media. This leader will shape architecture, roadmaps, security, and scalable solutions across identity, campaigns, measurement, and data sharing.
You will build and mentor high-performing teams, drive agile delivery, partner with Product, Data & Analytics, Digital, and Marketing, and translate business goals into resilient technical initiatives.
