Job description
Craniometrix is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager/Director of Enrollment to lead a remote team that converts identified families into enrolled clients and guides Medicare applications through GUIDE.
You will own enrollment KPIs, coach ~15 specialists, and partner with product, engineering, and data to leverage AI for outbound outreach while maintaining strict compliance with Medicare rules and HIPAA.
