Job description
Alpha is hiring a Director of Enrollment in California to spearhead growth for a Bay Area campus. You will build family demand through preschools, feeder schools, partnerships, and events, while owning the full admissions journey from inquiry to onboarding.
You will lead tours and information sessions, defend the AI-powered learning model to skeptical parents, and manage multiple relationships in HubSpot and our SIS, reporting weekly on pipeline health.
