Job description
Alpha School in the Bay Area seeks a Director of Enrollment to grow one campus with families who will thrive in the Alpha model. You will own the end-to-end admissions journey, from inquiry through onboarding, and lead tours and information sessions that defend our AI-powered learning approach.
You will manage 7+ concurrent relationships, report weekly on pipeline health, and rewrite the local admissions playbook as you learn what works in your market.
