Job description
American Water seeks a seasoned Director of Change Management to design and lead organizational change strategies that enable large-scale transformation. You will align people, processes, technology, and culture across AW2030 initiatives and broader programs, advising executives on readiness, engagement, and adoption.
You will collaborate with HR, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other functions to accelerate benefits realization and workforce readiness for enterprise-change initiatives.
