We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics to establish the enterprise vision, operating model, architecture, governance, and capabilities that will help transform data into measurable business value.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished data and analytics leader to shape enterprise strategy while remaining closely connected to execution. The Director will lead and develop the enterprise data and analytics team, establish trusted data products and analytical capabilities, and partner with business and technology leaders to improve data quality, accessibility, governance, decision-making, and adoption.
The successful candidate will be an enterprise-minded leader who can see the big picture, translate strategy into action, and build alignment across organizational boundaries. This role is well suited to someone who takes initiative, works effectively across multiple priorities, embraces change and innovation, makes timely decisions, and inspires others to commit to ambitious outcomes.
What you will lead
Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy, operating model, data and information architecture, and multiyear roadmap.
Establish data products and analytical capabilities with clear business ownership, stewardship, technical accountability, service expectations, and measures of success.
Serve as a trusted data and analytics advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
Lead the delivery and operation of secure, scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and supportable enterprise data and analytics platforms.
Establish and lead the enterprise data governance operating model, including governance forums, stewardship responsibilities, decision rights, issue escalation, and policy oversight.
