Job description
Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Control to lead enterprise QA/QC strategy, oversee QMS, compliance programs, and continuous improvement across the supply chain and retail network.
You will build high-performing QA/QC teams, partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Supply Chain, and drive audits, CAPA, and regulatory readiness while maintaining documentation and KPIs for executive leadership.
