Job description
Newfields in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Director of Business Enterprise to provide strategic leadership across Retail, Culinary Arts, Events, concessions, café, and theater partnerships. This exempt role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and drives revenue, guest experience, and financial sustainability.
You will oversee multiple department directors, manage partnerships, lead RFPs and contract negotiations, and ensure operational excellence.
