Job description
KnowBe4 in Clearwater is seeking a Director of Account Executives (ENT/Strategic) to lead a high-performing enterprise sales team and maximize revenue by acquiring new business and reactivating key accounts. You will ensure the team meets quotas by applying expert closing, forecasting, and pipeline management.
The role requires 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, a proven ability to hire, coach, and develop top talent, and collaboration with Legal, Infosec, Finance, and Support.
