Job description
GuideWell’s Enterprise Strategy Director serves as the lead in-house strategy advisor to a business segment, framing questions, directing a small team of analysts, and turning analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders and the Board.
As the team is purpose-built, you influence engagement models, playbooks, tools, and the analysts you develop, driving transformation and growth across the enterprise without constant travel.
