Job description
BD in the USA is seeking a senior talent engagement leader to drive strategic talent initiatives. You will lead complex engagements, shape options, and partner with HR, leaders, and analytics to turn insights into action.
You will develop talent insights, advise on critical decisions, facilitate talent discussions, and ensure smooth implementation. A minimum of 10+ years in talent management and executive coaching is required.
