Job description
Our client, a wealth management firm in Cockeysville, MD, is currently seeking a Director of Estate Planning to join their growing team. The Director of Estate Planning will serves as a resource for the firm's family office clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for client estate and tax planning
Lead plan design and implementation for ultra-high-net-worth clients across trusts, family entities, charitable structures, and wealth transfer strategies
Combine income tax and estate tax planning in a single, coordinated approach
Manage and develop junior planning staff
Partner with advisors, compliance, and operations to deliver a connected client experience
Qualifications
10+ years of estate planning for ultra-high-net-worth clients
Experience working with clients north of $25MM in investable assets
JD required. CPA preferred. LLM in Taxation preferred
