Job description
Modivcare is seeking a Director of Compliance to lead the Ethics and Compliance Program across the organization, promoting ethical conduct and regulatory alignment with laws, client contracts, and company standards.
The role develops internal controls, oversees compliance education across locations, and builds scalable processes to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse while managing third‑party risk. You will mentor leaders, set KPIs, and partner with executives to improve performance.
