AdventHealth is seeking a senior leader to drive performance improvement across markets, coordinating analytics and dashboards to monitor outcomes. You will partner with leadership to structure sustainment plans and support multi-site initiatives in a complex health system.
Candidates should have a master's degree in a healthcare field, 10+ years in healthcare with leadership experience, and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma plus CAHPS knowledge.
