Job description
Bright seeks a Manager of Facilities & Continuous Improvement to own strategy, leases, and CI across regional sites, including major warehouse equipment and vendor contracts. This is an office-based, hybrid role with responsibility for cost control, maintenance standards, and regulatory compliance.
The position partners with Finance, Legal, EHS, and Operations to build scalable facilities, lead buildouts, and drive operational efficiency through standardized processes.
