Job description
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a skilled maintenance leader in Rosemary Beach, FL to oversee all building systems, safety, and compliance for our senior living community. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, plan capital items, and manage expenses while ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.
