As Director of Facilities, you lead facilities operations in our Full Service communities-ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and team members.
What You'll Do:
Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security operations
Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems
Lead preventative maintenance and emergency response efforts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA regulations
Oversee suite readiness for move-ins and community first impressions
Manage vendor relationships and capital improvement projects
Train team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures
Monitor work order systems to ensure timely resolution
Manage department budget, labor, and expense controls
Recruit, train, and develop facilities team members
You serve as the technical and operational leader - balancing system expertise with strong team leadership.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years facilities experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, codes)
2+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of fire and life safety regulations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies

Pay Range: 86,736.00 - 119,808.00
