Job description
The Director of Facility Management at Gila County leads the Facility Management team to deliver safe, clean, and compliant county facilities in Globe or Payson, AZ. This full-time role oversees capital projects, contract administration, budgeting, and environmental and safety requirements.
You will set strategic goals, supervise staff, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with the Board of Supervisors and county leadership to prioritize facility improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
