Job description
Ventura Services Florida in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, safety, and physical plant operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are maintained in safe, functional, clean, and regulatory-compliant condition.
In this role you will direct daily maintenance activities, develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, and lead inspections to promptly address safety
