Job description
The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a Director of Family & Community Engagement to lead initiatives that strengthen children, families, and communities across the association.
You will oversee the Family & Community Engagement Team, providing strategic direction, staff leadership, and program oversight while developing systems to enhance family engagement, behavioral health coordination, and access to community supports.
