Job description
Alpha School seeks a Director of Family Engagement to own parent relationships and lead difficult conversations. You will align with guides, protect the coaching relationship, and take family issues off teachers’ plates so they can focus on student growth.
Role requires 5+ years owning high-trust family relationships, decisive judgment, and daily use of AI tools in a fast-moving education setting. Relocation may be provided.
