Job description
Alpha School is seeking a Director of Family Engagement to lead critical, parent-facing conversations and to partner with Guides on campus. You will own trust, retention, and family advocacy, coordinating with campus leadership to navigate tough decisions with clarity and care.
You will shape community life, build parent networks, and foster local partnerships while guiding admissions follow-through and escalation when needed. This is an on-site role across multiple campuses.
