Alpha is hiring a Director Of Family Engagement to own family relationships on campus and lead hard conversations. You will defend Alpha's unconventional AI-powered model while ensuring families stay informed and trust the process.
You'll collaborate with Guides as a parent-facing co-leader, safeguarding their coaching relationship with students and taking family issues off their plate for timely resolutions. This role centers on growth, retention, and community strength.
