Alpha School is seeking a Director Of Member Relations to be the visible leader of a campus, greeting families at drop-off, aligning with guides on sensitive situations, and hosting community events. You will defend the school model, use AI tools, and build trust with families and staff.
At launch or growing campuses, you may develop local demand and guide enrollment; at mature campuses, focus on retention, referrals, and community depth.
