Job description
Alpha seeks a Director of Family Relations to lead parent-facing conversations, protect the coaching relationship with guides, and drive campus growth. You will make rapid, principled decisions and own outcomes in a high-trust environment, engaging with affluent families and stakeholders across campuses.
The role is on-site, requires relocation within 60 days to a listed campus, and offers $200,000 per year, with Park City at $250,000.
