Job description
Alpha is seeking a Parent Relations Director to own the trust, retention, and advocacy of every family on campus. You will lead difficult conversations with families, defend Alpha's model, and partner closely with Guides to support students and communities.
You will drive growth and community life across launch or mature campuses, overseeing admissions follow-through and ensuring families feel heard and supported at every stage.
