Job description
Fulton YMCA is seeking a dynamic Senior Family & Wellness Director to lead our community’s family engagement and wellness initiatives. This leader will oversee development and implementation of programs that enhance members’ experience and broaden community impact, including the Preschool, membership growth, and youth programs.
The role requires guiding program staff, collaborating with directors, supporting curriculum and lesson planning, and ensuring safety and quality across sites.
