Job description
ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive growth across the Federal Civilian market, building a robust pipeline and shaping opportunities from discovery through pursuit. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in federal BD, established Federal Civilian relationships, and the ability to collaborate with Capture, Proposal, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations teams.
Hybrid work with travel ~25% is expected.
