What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations across multiple fast casual locations
Build, develop, and manage field operations teams
Ensure brand standards, food quality, and customer experience consistency
Drive profitability through cost control, efficiency, and process improvement
Partner with leadership to execute growth and expansion initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven multi-unit operations experience in QSR or fast casual
Strong P&L management and operational analytics skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Track record of driving operational excellence and improving KPIs
Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving abilities
