The City of St. Peters, MO seeks a Director of Field Operations to lead the Sanitary Collection and Water Distribution systems, directing inspections, maintenance, and repairs while supervising Field Operations and Utility Locate staff.
The role emphasizes budgeting, policy development, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a focus on resident service and long-term infrastructure planning. Normal shift is 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00–3:30.
