Job description
AES Corporation is seeking a Director of Field Operations for its renewable energy portfolio across the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico. The role leads safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of solar, wind, and energy storage assets.
The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in energy operations, an engineering degree, and proven leadership of dispersed teams. Remote-based in EST time zone is possible.
