Job description
Platinum Pest Solutions Inc. in Lansing, IL seeks a Director of Sales to own revenue targets and scale an outbound route motion across multiple markets. You will lead field reps, coordinate weekly ride-alongs, and drive right-fit, data-driven sales strategies.
The role targets aggressive growth (25–50%) with a solid operating foundation including a Sales Operating Guide and HubSpot CRM. Expect extensive travel within Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis, and a direct line to ownership.
