Job description
Flagship Pioneering seeks a hands-on Director/Senior Director Finance to own accounting and finance for its portfolio of early-stage biotech companies. You will report to the CFO, lead budgeting, forecasting, close, and cash runway planning, and partner with scientific leadership to translate plans into resource requirements.
The role requires multi-entity accounting, deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience in biotech finance.
