Support billing discipline and collection efforts in partnership with operations.

Assist with lender, bonding, and audit-related reporting and analysis.

ESOP Support & Employee Ownership

Support ESOP administration processes in coordination with the CFO, trustee, valuation firm, and third-party partners.

Prepare and maintain annual financial and reporting support for the ESOP valuation process, including data requests, schedules, and analyses.

Assist with repurchase obligation forecasting and liquidity planning related to employee ownership.

Ensure appropriate documentation and controls for ESOP-related reporting and audit support.

Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and workflows.

Partner with internal and external resources to enhance ERP systems, reporting tools, and data integrity.

Reduce manual effort through standardization, automation, and improved system utilization.
