FINANCE DIRECTORDover, DEWe are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with an interest and experience in Finance.The Finance Director directs and/or performs all finance and accounting functions. Responsibilities include assisting the President with daily financial operations, assuming responsibility for general operations, assisting with Human Resources functions, and acting as a representative of JDG to other businesses and agencies.Starting Salary:In this position you will have the opportunity to:Manage and prepare bi-monthly payrollMaintain accurate fiscal records by applying accounting principles and regulationsCreate and implement fiscal controlsDevelop and administer annual budgetHost annual independent auditsReport corporate financial status to Board of DirectorsEstablish and maintain corporate fixed asset and inventory recordsMonitor changes to accounting laws and regulations and revise corporate fiscal policies accordinglyWork closely with HR on certain dutiesRepresent JDG at various meetings, events, and conferencesBenefits:100% employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurancesPaid vacation and health timeMatching 401 k planAbout us:Leading the way since. 1978, Jobs for Delaware Graduates, Inc.
