Director of Finance
Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:
Partner with division leadership to provide financial insights that drive business performance and profitability.
Lead month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting activities.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis across multiple entities.
Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting efficiency, internal controls, and operational performance.
Director of Finance will support acquisition integrations and optimize financial systems, reporting, and data visibility.
Develop and mentor the finance team while fostering accountability, growth, and high-performance standards.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
Experience leading finance and accounting in multi-entity organizations.
Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience.
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business decisions.
NetSuite experience preferred.
