Job description
Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the FP&A team, deliver key insights, and partner with leadership to drive profitability. This role reports to the VP of Finance and collaborates with cross-functional partners in a growing specialty pharmacy division.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in finance with FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and a strong business-partner mindset. Healthcare exposure is a plus; starting salary is $130k+ based on experience.
