Job description
SkyWater Search Partners, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead FP&A and help build out the function as the business grows.
Reporting to the CFO, you will work directly with executive leadership and the PE sponsor, dig into the numbers, tell the story behind the results, and operate at both strategic and hands-on levels—from modeling and detailed analysis to presenting findings to senior leadership.
