Job description
Allswell is building the leading mental health company for the LGBTQ+ community. The finance and operations lead will own the financial engine and operational backbone, building it from scratch with direct equity to the CEO and co-founders.
You will drive budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and KPI reporting, while managing revenue cycle and payroll as the team grows in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
