Job description
Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance function for a PE-backed manufacturing platform with multiple operating companies. You’ll own reporting, forecasting, and investor updates, and sit with the sponsor’s deal team as the platform scales toward a potential sale.
This role is built for a hands-on finance leader with multi-entity experience, CPA (desirable), and a clear runway to CFO as growth continues.
