Job description
WORK Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Finance/Controller to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy for a mission-driven nonprofit serving Massachusetts. You will report to the CFO, guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and champion improvements that strengthen our financial foundation.
The role requires strong leadership, GAAP and systems expertise, and a passion for using financial excellence to fuel organizational impact and long-term growth. On-site in Dorchester, MA.
