Job description
Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, seeks an Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems and Operations to lead the Systems and Operations Center. You will manage Ellucian Banner, OnBase, and related platforms, directing configuration, reporting, and staff training within the Financial Aid department.
You will supervise a small team and coordinate with Enterprise Application Services on upgrades, data security, and regulatory compliance for federal/state aid programs.
