Job description
Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Director of Financial Aid to lead the Lake County campus’ financial aid and veterans affairs operations. The role supervises staff, develops processes, and ensures FERPA compliance while coordinating with campus enrollment services and external hubs.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and several years in financial aid administration with supervisory experience. NASFAA credentials are desirable.
