Capital Search Group is seeking a CPA for a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis in Bethesda, MD. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work, owning ownership reporting, financial modeling, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investments, cash flow management, and special projects.
Experience in real estate and affordable housing is required. The position is in-office five days a week, offering a compensation package up to $200,000 all-in.
