Mohr Talent is seeking a Director of Financial Planning in Austin, TX, offering a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon–Thu and remote Fridays. The role focuses on advanced financial planning support for independent advisors and RIAs, not a sales-driven position.
The ideal candidate will bring strong planning credibility, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with advisors in a consultative, client-focused way. CFP designation and 7+ years of planning experience are required.
