Job description
This role is responsible for leading financial and merchandise planning across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. The ideal candidate will connect product strategy to profitability and use customer and account insights to build effective assortments and growth plans.
Develop sales, inventory, SKU, allocation, and demand plans across multiple business channels.
Partner with merchandising, sales, production, accounting, and leadership teams to support business goals.
Monitor performance against sales, margin, turn, and inventory targets.
Create assortment, open-to-buy, and door-level plans for key accounts.
Collaborate with external partners to align on merchandise strategies and product direction.
Manage replenishment, markdown planning, and weekly selling reports.
Maintain accurate sales and planning data.
Support e-commerce and store planning, including capacity planning and operational oversight.
